Responsibilities

Assist in supervising counter service to ensure the branch is operated in accordance with the established rules, procedures and guidelines

Perform cross selling of bank products

handle counter transaction and customer enquiries

open retail/commercial account 

investment/insurance order checking and review

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above

Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations preferred

Minimum 4-8 years' banking experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills
