A Systems Integrator delivers innovative IT services and solutions to diverse industries worldwide, with key clients including investment banks, conglomerates, and global MNCs.
Your new role:
Responsible for resolving incidents and requests that have been escalated from Level 1.
Fix and maintain software and systems.
Handle escalated issues from Helpdesk for various applications.
Support operating system drivers, software, and firmware.
Assist users with home connections and remote work setups.
Follow and enforce Client policies and procedures.
Create and update support documents.
Collaborate with other support teams globally.
Log and manage all incidents and requests in the tracking system.
Inform management about trends, major issues, and delays.
Participate in on-call rotation for afterhours and weekend support.
Keep up with technology and attend training programs.
Respond promptly to emails, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Symphony, Jive, etc.
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills.
Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.
Experience using help desk call management system.
Technical grasp of a wide range of applications, both in-house and 3rd party applications.
