Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, linguistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience, of which 7 years in investor relations or public relations
• Good knowledge in financial market
• Proven English proficiency and fluent Putonghua
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Good team player, detail-oriented, open-minded, willing to go extra mile for the job

Responsibilities :

• Assist in investor relations work
• Coordinate meetings with investors, creditors, rating agencies, ESG groups, etc.
• Prepare communication & presentation materials, result announcements, annual/interim reports, etc.
• Carry out other ad hoc assignments as assigned

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Investor Relations Officer)
