The challenge is to:

• Perform stock take variance analysis and review.
• Perform month end closing and prepare accounting journals for inventory.
• Perform reconciliation of stock balance between merchandising and financial system with investigation on material variance.
• Calculate GP for individual retail stores for management review.
• Perform UAT for new system or enhancement related to stock take and inventory/accounting system.
• Ad hoc project or assignment in Sales and Inventory.

Do you have experience in finance operations?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in inventory accounting; Experience in retail /FMCG /Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in ERP system and MS Excel, experience in using SAP would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proactiveness, and ability to work independently in a fast paced and evolving environment.
