Coordinate asset management functions such as lease management, commercial operations, property management, and engineering management to enhance overall operational efficiency and market responsiveness.
Continuously review and optimise existing businesses and asset portfolios, drive innovative solutions, and plan asset upgrades to enhance asset value and market competitiveness.
Monitor and analyse financial indicators of asset performance, provide data support for decision-making, and propose effective cost control and revenue growth strategies.
Maintain and establish key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, while conducting market positioning analysis to adapt to changing market demands.
Develop and nurture a high-performance team through training and career development plans to enhance the team's professional capabilities and performance.
Conduct regular market research, data analysis, and report to management.
Supports asset management platform's investment and financing, light asset expansion, and capital operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or above in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of practical work experience in commercial real estate management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Experience with large-scale retail investment portfolios, with a preference for those with experience in managing large shopping malls and community retail businesses.
Strong team leadership skills, team spirit, proactive attitude, pursuit of excellence, and a high sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in both Chinese and English, with Cantonese being a plus), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
