Your new role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy in line with the company's strategic goals and market conditions to ensure the continuous appreciation and long-term stability of the asset portfolio.
• Coordinate asset management functions such as lease management, commercial operations, property management, and engineering management to enhance overall operational efficiency and market responsiveness.
• Continuously review and optimise existing businesses and asset portfolios, drive innovative solutions, and plan asset upgrades to enhance asset value and market competitiveness.
• Monitor and analyse financial indicators of asset performance, provide data support for decision-making, and propose effective cost control and revenue growth strategies.
• Maintain and establish key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, while conducting market positioning analysis to adapt to changing market demands.
• Develop and nurture a high-performance team through training and career development plans to enhance the team's professional capabilities and performance.
• Conduct regular market research, data analysis, and report to management.
• Supports asset management platform's investment and financing, light asset expansion, and capital operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of practical work experience in commercial real estate management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with large-scale retail investment portfolios, with a preference for those with experience in managing large shopping malls and community retail businesses.
• Strong team leadership skills, team spirit, proactive attitude, pursuit of excellence, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in both Chinese and English, with Cantonese being a plus), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
