Your new role

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and drive business performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on service industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
