5 years relevant experience in public relations/communications/membership admin
Excellent writing skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare written and statistical membership reports
Provide direction to the team on handling enquires/cases that fall within grey areas lacking specific policies
Address members’ complaints promptly
Organize various events including interviews, Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting of the Club
Oversee the Membership Team's daily operations
Processing of new Member applications/resignations/changes of particulars
Responsible for keeping and maintaining the accurate database of the Club
Provide service training for the Membership Team
Report to Department Head of Membership Department
Requirements:
Degree holder in Public Relations / Communications / Journalism / Related discipline
Over 5 years relevant working experience / 2 years or above in a senior PR/Marketing/administrative position.
Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word and Chinese processing
Excellent writing, communication and service skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
