Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Respond to and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in helpdesk support
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
