Our client is a luxury watches brand. Their Tung Chung store is currently looking for a part time store assistant to work 4-5 full days weekly. 

Repsonsibility

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock, as well as conducting regular stock checks.
• Assist in maintaining pristine store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with special events, promotions, or sales campaigns as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager to ensure store operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields, preferably in luxury goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of luxury watch brands and trends is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin
