Job Description

• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Manage recordings, meeting follow-ups and expedite flow of work.
• Provide back-up assistance in the absence of other administrative colleagues.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Associate Degree holders
• 1 - 2 years working experience preferred
• With working experience in office administration is preferable
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS office including Excel & Word and Chinese word processing
• Having skill and experience in AI, Photoshop or CAD is a plus
• Having driving licence 1,2 also is a plus
• Five days and alternative Sat working
