Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loan assessment on application, review all loans documents and monitor the loan closing administration process            
  • Oversees loan servicing and administration                                                           
  • Compiles management reports for responsible portfolios    
  • Oversees the daily operations of a team                                                            
  • Lead and supervise process improvement projects 
  • Perform post-program analysis to assess portfolios performance and make recommendations for further improvement 
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned              

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of mortgage servicing experience
  • Experience in property development industry is an advantage          
  • Mature, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently     
  • A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and fair in Putonghua
