Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Technical Support
    • Provide basic IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting issues related to computers, software, networks, and printers.
    • Assist users via on-site visits, phone calls, or remote support tools.
  2. Computer & Equipment Management
    • Install and configure Windows and macOS computers, as well as mobile devices (iOS/Android).
    • Manage IT equipment inventory, procurement, and maintenance.
    • Assist in setting up and managing Microsoft 365 user accounts.
  3. Network & Server Maintenance (Basic Knowledge Preferred)
    • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN / Wi-Fi setup, VPN connections).
    • Assist in monitoring and maintaining company servers and backup systems.  
  4. Other IT-Related Tasks
    • Perform any IT-related ad hoc tasks assigned by the IT superior.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • General knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
