Maintain communication with Head Office, prepare management reports to Head Office and follow up on the initiatives from Head Office;
Draft and update policies and procedures reflecting the necessary regulatory developments or internal requirements
Handle internal investigation and disciplinary actions on compliance related matters;
Advise business units in compliance with policies and guidelines.
Perform regular compliance check, monitoring and handling surveillance related matters;
Handle staff dealing, outside appointment and compliance declaration related matters, staff training and internal reporting;
Perform other compliance works and ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
University degree
At least 5 years relevant experience
Excellent command of written Chinese
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, responsible and fast paced work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
