Responsibilities :

  • Assist in recruitment across our different offices (Hong Kong, China and South-east Asia).
  • Utilise various recruiting channels, implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to find the talents fit for our company.
  • Assist in building and executing a comprehensive staff performance evaluation system to ensure continuous employee development.
  • Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies and SOPs, ensuring streamlined workflows and improving organizational efficiency.
  • Assist in reviewing and providing guidelines for staff training to improve employee performance.
     

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of HR experience.
  • Have interviewing and candidate assessment skills, experience in software industry preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good analytical ability, able to review performance scientifically.
