Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support in various areas of Compensation & Benefits, including but not limited to payroll processing, MPF, tax filing, benefits and leave administration;
  • Perform monthly payroll calculations and related payments;
  • Handle employee benefits enrolment and associated administration, actively engage in benefits program review and renewal;
  • Verify data accuracy in HRIS, support the preparation of various C&B reports and analysis by compiling relevant and useful data;
  • Provide administrative support to HR office
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned   

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or other Business related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years HR experience 
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with good numerical sense
  • Independent and able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, taxation law and related legislations
  • Good team player, proactive and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing, strong Excel skills and experience in HRIS will be a definite advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (both oral and written)
