Coordinate with parties including suppliers, vendors, principals etc. for schedule of vessels e.g. from arrival planning to berthing, loading, and departure
Prepare reports and other operations related activities as per instruction from principals
Ensure timely management and arrangement of assignments and requirements from principals, including crewing matters and handling ship spares
Maintain and provide regular updates to principals and relevant parties regarding vessel schedules and arrangements
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of port agency experience (vessel handling and port coordination preferred); fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with parties
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Immediate availability or short notice is advantageous.
