Job Duties:

  • Office inspection and responsible for office housekeeping and cleanliness
  • Hotel & air-tickets booking
  • Receive & Distribute letters & parcels from couriers
  • Order pantry, stationary and other office commodities
  • Order name card for office & store staff
  • Negotiate and co-ordinate with external and internal parties, such as contractors, suppliers and vendors
  • Prepare payment and travel expense
  • Monitor office staff schedules
  • Manage the plants in office area
  • Act as a main contact point with our IT support - Principle One, as well as create & terminate employees’ email accounts
  • Coordinate with office maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs, other damage of office facilities) and office renovation
  • Arrange office cleaning, carpet & pest control 
  • Update telephone list
  • Secretarial/General HR work for HR department
  • Office errands delivery
  • Outside office assistant job
  • Assist in organize festival event e.g. Annual Dinner and Christmas Party

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Mature, responsible, diligent, detail-minded and well-organized
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and fast-paced working environment
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in MS Office software skills e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
