Project Executive (HK$13,000 – HK$16,000) 

RESPONISBILITIES 

• To be responsible for the pre-exhibition / pre-event arrangement, logistics coordination and on-site supervision;
• Plan and support the Project Team in the entire flow of project from planning to executing of onsite arrangement;
• To liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods or services in highest quality standard;
• To develop the long-term relationship between the company and vendors/ suppliers;
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of project;
• To coordinate with in-house designers & contractors for the arrangements of the exhibitions & events
• Being supporting role in different exhibitions & events & ad-hoc projects;
• Liaise with clients, designers and vendors to ensure the projects running smoothly;
• To handle enquiries from exhibitors / participants and undertake on-site duties during exhibitions 
• Conduct document, on-site inspections and reports of each exhibition & event
• Provide full clerical support to Senior Manager;
• Follow up email & telephone enquiry 

REQUIREMENTS

• DSE or Associate degree or above;
• Project Executive – fresh graduate is welcome
• Senior Project Executive - 2-3 years of exhibition/ event/ festival decoration project coordination experience 
• Knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage;
• Good time management; Responsible & Well-organized;
• Proactive; Energetic; Detail-minded; Independent & Self-driven;
• Willing to learn Problem-solving technique;
• Hardworking; Working under pressure; Able to meet tight timeline;
• Able to adapt the irregular working hour; Willing to work overtime or during public holiday;
• Strong interest in Project / Event Management
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin & English;
• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WP)
• Experience of online advertising / digital marketing would be advantage
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive 
• Candidate's contract will be considered to renew with good performance
