IT Intern or IT Part Time

• IT project-based role focused on improving the company's processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AWS. 
• Outstanding performance can be offered a part time or a permanent role after internship.

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Intern to support the maintenance and development of internal automation tools and dashboards, as well as assist colleagues with daily IT troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and AWS , along with a strong problem-solving mindset to help optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance internal applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Manage and update AWS dashboards used for market scraping.
• Assist management in identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for colleagues facing IT issues related to Microsoft Office and the internal ERP system.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and develop IT solutions accordingly.
• Train and support end-users on the use of Power Automate and Power Apps solutions

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic experience with Power Automate and Power Apps .
• Familiarity with AWS dashboards and market scraping concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and provide IT support when needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office troubleshooting and ERP systems is a plus.
