The Job

• Client: A local Private Company with diversified business in property development, TMT, and other investments in the SE Asia.
• Position: Operation Manager
• Responsibilities: Reporting to the CEO, the position will be overseeing different business functions of the company and its subsidiaries; To access business performance and advise areas for improvement to drive operation efficiencies; Manage Profit & Loss through financial data analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue maximization
• $60-80K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Min. 6 years experience in general / operation management gained with sizeable companies 
• Relevant experience gained in Property / Telecommunication industry highly preferred
• Experience in running  business process improvement BPI projects will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent command of English
• Occasional travel to SE Asia is required
