As they continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented  Policy Administrator cum Sales Support  to join their dynamic team.

As a  Policy Administrator cum Sales Support , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our policy administration processes while providing vital support to sales team. You will be responsible for managing policy documentation, assisting clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about the insurance industry.

Job Duties:
  • Accurately process and manage policy documentation, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized policy records in the company’s database
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Liaise with insurers and clients to resolve policy-related queries and issues
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Provide administrative support for sales activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in policy administration, sales support, or a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
