Ensure the daily operation of designated medical clinic/centre are kept at Group's standard
Provide support to achieve customer service objective
New Centre set-up and provide support in commencing new services
Work proactively and efficiently with Centre In-charge and relevant parties to develop, review and enforce frontline policies, guidelines & operations procedures
Conduct regular on-site visits and provide training to frontline staff when necessary
Support ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
Degree holder in any discipline
Some years of experience in administrative, operations experience in monitoring retail shops is an advantage
Good people management with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
Proactive, responsible and with a sense of ownership
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
