We are now seeking a dynamic, motivated and flexible Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-growing Brand and to reinforce our Sales & Logistics functions.

The role, in a nutshell

  • Participate in day-to-day sales operations.
  • Effective communication with internal departments (sales, production, planning) in handling their enquiries promptly
  • Follow up on Sales Orders
  • Prepare, arrange, and trace & track international deliveries, re-deliveries, and troubleshoot delivery problems
  • Report working status in timely manner
  • Review bills, invoices, and any related documentation applicable
  • Ensure accuracy of all inventories by keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery schedules
  • Import / Export declaration

What you’ll bring to us

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or related background;
  • Ideally 2 years related experience, either in international complex distribution, FMCG and/or manufacturing environment
  • Fresh graduates, IANG or TTPS visa holders welcome
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent English and Chinese (writing and speaking)
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Excellent communications skills to be able to interact with different levels of the organization
  • Organized and high attention to details
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel essential – Experience with Microsoft NAV is a strong advantage
  • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred
