Key Responsibilities:

• Directory Services Management:
  Administer directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) for availability and security. Design and maintain infrastructure, including domain controllers and security policies.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM):
  Develop IAM frameworks and manage user identities and access privileges. Implement provisioning processes and oversee access control mechanisms (SSO, MFA, PAM).
• Security and Compliance:
  Collaborate with the security team to enforce policies and conduct audits. Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and PCI DSS.
• User Lifecycle Management:
  Manage user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes. Ensure timely provisioning and data integrity across systems.
• Incident Management:
  Address incidents and service requests promptly. Perform root cause analysis to improve reliability and collaborate with teams for effective resolution.
• Technical Leadership:
  Lead product evaluations and IAM projects, working closely with Project Management.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Preferred: Certifications in Microsoft Azure and IAM.
• Experience:
  8-10+ years in Directory & Identity Management, preferably in retail or regulated industries.
• Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of directory services, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and IAM principles.
