Co-ordinate with call center vendor for daily operation
Record and collect all information related to repair, enquiries, customers' request and to achieve 'First call Resolution'
Manage data input, call center database and hotline systems
Collaborate with departments for call escalation, call record and reports preparation
Support manager for potential customers follow-up and sales activity
Requirements
Higher Diploma holder or above
At least 1 year experience in customer service, customer relations or related industry
Strong customer service orientation with good command of written and spoken English
Strong in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
CRM system experience is plus
