Responsibilities: The successful candidate will play a key role in the system development lifecycle for large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include:
Perform system analysis, architecture design, and oversee the development of software solutions.
Act as a liaison between users, clients, and the development team to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Prepare test plans, test cases/scripts, and test environments, as well as conduct comprehensive testing.
Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage system implementation processes.
Offer ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems, ensuring their stability and functionality
May lead a sub-team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT system implementation and integration.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing web-based applications using Java, JBoss, framework development, and RDBMS.
Familiarity with Spring, JBoss, MS SQL, and Windows Server is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of working independently and meeting tight project schedules.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to interact effectively with users, clients, and team members.
