Our client is a leading foreign financial institution that is expanding their Corporate Banking division in Hong Kong. They are seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth in the corporate sector.

Role Overview:
They are looking for a seasoned Corporate Banking professional to manage and develop relationships with mid to large-sized Hong Kong and China corporations, with a focus on project finance and corporate finance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop relationships with major corporate clients in China and HK 
• Structure complex financing solutions including corporate finance, project finance, and syndicated loans
• Drive business development initiatives to acquire new corporate relationships
• Oversee credit proposal preparation and presentation to senior management
• Manage a substantial portfolio of corporate relationships
• Lead deal execution and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
• Provide mentorship to junior team members
• Develop strategic initiatives to capture market opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; 
• 5-8 years of corporate banking experience, with proven track record in relationship management
• Strong experience in corporate finance and/or project finance transactions
• Demonstrated ability in structuring complex financing solutions
• Extensive network within Hong Kong's corporate sector
• Solid credit analysis and risk assessment capabilities
• Experience in leading syndicated loan transactions preferred
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, and Mandarin
