Job Responsibilities:  

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the merchandising team for the whole product development process, including sourcing, quotation, sampling, production development, testing, inspection and shipment arrangement. 
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all projects
• Report to top manager and provide regular updates on every projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of initiatives
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track progress and metrics
• Demonstrate ability to lead the merchandising team effectively, ensuring timely project completion while optimising efficiency and resource utilization 
• Any ad-hoc duties when required

  Job Requirements: 

• Higher diploma qualification or above
• At least 8 years solid merchandising experience
• Experience in development of fragrance, personal care products, accessories and gift sets will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
• Highly self-motivated, good problem solving skills and able to multi-task
• Strong sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
