Responsibilities:
 

• Perform daily data audit and identify the system problem and report the issue for rectification.
• Verification of the rightful earner for Retail Profit and reporting.
• Preparation of statistic reports for compensation plans and promotions.
• Assist to prepare the User acceptance test of the New Modules / Business Tools, including problem finding and reporting. 
• Conduct P&L analysis for year round incentive programs 
• Review the Incentive program mechanics and Terms and Conditions
• Identify different scenarios of the incentive program

Requirements:
 

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or Business Administration related disciplines
• LCCI or book keeping related discipline would be advantage 
• 2 years or above in data handling or analysis experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, detailed minded and ability to work under tight schedules
• Able to communicate in spoken and written English
• Excellent in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
• Immediately available preferred
