Senior Quantity Surveyor - E&M / Civil

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all quantity surveying duties throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, factoring in materials, labor, and equipment.
• Measure and evaluate subcontracts, assisting in the negotiation of interim and final accounts.
• Participate in site inspections and meetings, collaborating closely with subcontractors.
• Review and analyze project documentation, manage value variations, and handle subcontract payments and liabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and budgeting control at various construction sites.

Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 6 years of solid quantity surveying experience, specialist in E&M or civil field are preferred.
• Experience working with a main contractor is a distinct advantage.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
