Job Duties:

• Seek out new sales opportunities actively in order to achieve sales target
• Prepare quotation, follow up orders, and prepare sales reports, such as sales forecasts, budgets
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments, i.e., such as Purchasing, Warehousing to monitor and control stock level in order to achieve better results
• Assist Department Head in supporting Supermarket Team to achieve sales & GP target via various sales activities and supervise other team members
• Prepare and monitor PO & delivery, minimize return loss from customers and prepare sales review reports and other relevant sales reports  
• Assist in inventory control to avoid overstock & out of stock and formulate action plan
• Handle customers issues and update the status for all sales related issue to Department Head from time to time
• Maintain and improve business relationships with customers
• Assist in planning and implementing fairs and promotion activities in supermarkets
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree 
• Good command of written and spoken English 
• Over 5 years sales supervisory experience, preferable in food and beverage industry (preferably Supermarket), candidates with less experiences will be considered as lower positions (e.g. Sales Executive) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Aggressive, mature, self-motivated and results focused with demonstrated ability to work independently
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word
• Immediate available is highly preferred
