Project Manager - Main Contractor/ Housing Project

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.
• Lead and manage the architectural design and construction phases of all projects from inception to completion.
• Identify and tackle problems encountered during the projects, providing innovative solutions to improve development efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence assessments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Registered Architect with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience (HKIA/RIBA/AIA, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of planning, design, execution, project management, and building regulations in Hong Kong.
• Proven experience with local government submissions and approval procedures.
• Proficient in design and simulation software, including Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
