Responsibilities

• Administer overall IT infrastructure, including servers, network and PCs of multiple sites
• Provide user support and perform troubleshooting
• Implement and ensure accurate asset control and security control
• Assist in planning and monitoring systems resources, utilization and performance
• Perform performance tuning and system backup and recovery
• Assist IT Manager in providing IT infrastructural consultancy and vendor management

Requirements

• HKDSE/Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in both systems and network administration and technical support in a MNC company
• Strong infrastructure skills (MS AD, Office 365 products, Cloud, AWS, Windows Servers, Networking)
• A team player who can work independently with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is required
• Occasional travel to China is required
