Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facility management sector to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their facility management needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and service offerings.
  • Tender Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of tender processes, including the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and promote facility management services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in facility management or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of tender processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
