Job Responsibilities
Build & Guide the team in understanding customers’ needs, business models, strategies and building AN Value proposition
Establish senior level relationship with key customers
Serve as a senior contracts negotiator on commercial terms
Establish & implement sales forecasting processes
Ensure management understands the risks & opportunities in the market.
Qualifications
University graduate or above with at least 5 years sales experience, preferably in building material or paints industry in Hong Kong
Team management experience would be a plus
Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal effectiveness and selling and negotiation skills in her day to day work. Previous project management and accounts management experience essential.
Relevant product knowledge and understanding of AkzoNobel’s policies and procedures critical.
