We are looking for a dynamic Business Development to become a vital part of our vibrant Sales team, working in Mainland China & Hong Kong.


As a Business Development professional, you'll thrive in working within highly - specialized business areas. You'll be responsible for formulating key strategic approaches in seamless collaboration with a diverse array of internal stakeholders. This collaborative work will involve capitalizing on the multifaceted perspectives and resources throughout the organization to propel growth and accomplish business objectives. Whether it's coordinating with marketing, sales, or operation teams, your capacity to forge robust partnerships will be pivotal for the success of strategic initiatives.


Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business on the assigned region to reach the monthly target.

• Get to know the market of assigned region very well, search potential Customers through different channels, and develop via emails, phone calls, local visit etc.

• WHL service promotion and account acquisition, to contribute business growth, and to meet assigned tasks

• Develop existing customer lists and seek new business opportunities by attending trade shows, events and cooperation with partners.

• Be an expert to handle customer’s inquiries, Friendly and professional manner, Quick and effective in problem solving.

• To manage and develop assigned accounts, and to meet account’s requirements and satisfaction, including presenting WHL services, quote orders, sign contracts, conduct customer meetings, coordination with their suppliers, explanation reports to customers, Key account monthly reports, and so on

• As a main owner of assigned account to smoothly cooperate and discuss with others department, to provide the exact services to the accounts by key account analyses, maintain and management.


Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues with empathy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • This position needs to be working in Shenzhen China.
