PURPOSE OF ROLE

Support the Footwear costing department with advanced analytics and enhanced reporting functionality. Maintain and disseminate key costing data while using industry knowledge to improve internal processes and efficiency.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and maintain advanced reporting analytics tools to drive increased cost transparency.
• Enhance algorithms to capture additional costing data points and improve reporting functionality for the Footwear costing organization.
• Support to define the seasonal product cost negotiation strategy to optimize the profitability thru running standard and ad hoc data analysis to drive the negotiation with Footwear T1 and T2 suppliers.
• Apply advanced knowledge through data analysis to project and forecast of product costing & saving improvement process.
• Support and manage the seasonal costing activities timeline to cope with the seasonal development calendar to enhance costing process and provide guidance to team.
• Support the seasonal costing activities including product ranking and cost competitiveness input to leadership with insights on cost driver developments and supplier competitiveness using systematic costing analytics, to support the costing strategy to set for short term and long-term goal.
• Create & disseminate research of different & various costing structure, components, internal & external factors & drivers at model level, mix, sourcing, pricings & other decisions impact overall profitability.
• Manage costing quarterly scorecard process.
• Support and execute cross-functional initiatives and costing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of progressive industry experience in the footwear sourcing or manufacturing industry
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Python
• Experience with Tableau and Centric PLM a plus
