Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of People Experience team to craft and implement internal communications strategy and ensure business goals, initiatives and people news are communicated effectively
  • Co-ordinate, plan and produce internal communications for the team and other supporting functions
  • Keep the company’s internal Employee Service Portal updated and create content independently
  • Develop creative ways to engage employees and connect them with the Employee Service Portal
  • To create and oversee a well-connected staff community through internal and external events
  • Organizational updates and announcements
  • Write creative and effective communication content in both English and Chinese
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and adjust plans as needed
  • Create and implement communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement, alignment and motivation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in an internal communications role
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial skills (English and Chinese) and strong eyes for details
  • Effective communicator, able to adjust the style to suit the audience
  • Passionate about people and culture, capable of building strong relationships with people at all levels of the business
  • Self-starter and able to use own initiative to progress work
  • Knowledge in graphic design, photo or video editing
  • Ability to foster professional working relationships at all levels balancing the needs of all stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and guide team to perform effectively
