Our Client, an industry-leading global consumer packaged goods company with 20+ brands in fitness, outdoor, sporting goods and foot-care product categories is hiring a Brand Activation.


The Brand Activation acts as the general brand marketing manager of the Footwear & Accessories lines, and leads cross-functional teams, including Agency, Digital, Creative & Graphic Design, Product Development and Sales partners to drive brand awareness and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, strategic thinker with brand marketing experience and excellent communication skills. Must be able to develop collaborative, cross-functional relationships, demonstrate strong analytical skills and prioritize effectively.


Responsibilities:


· General Brand Marketing Management: Marketing project management, budget management, prioritizing to meet deadlines

· Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the conceptualization and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches across multiple brands.

· Consumer Marketing: lead internal and external teams to develop and execute consumer marketing strategies, including research & insights, management of integrated campaigns, PR, experiential marketing and events, digital media, social media, content production, packaging design, shopper marketing, education programs, new product launches and partnerships/sponsorships.

· Trade Marketing: collaborate with Sales and Creative team to deliver retailer and trade-focused marketing materials, including point of purchase materials, selling toolkits, ecommerce and digital assets, communications and presentations.

· Retailer Relationships: Develop and maintain retailer relationships, along with Sales team, with major national accounts in food/drug/mass channel.

· Assist in planning and marketing activation at tradeshow and events

· Collaborate with brand, product, and sales teams across the company’s portfolio of 18 brands to share best practices and develop co-promotions


Requirements :


· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or Combination of relevant experience and education will be considered

· Language : English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Experience in managing / leading within a complex organization.

· Experience in digital marketing, including content, social media and digital advertising

· Project and budget management

· Be sales oriented

· Knowledge and understanding of the sport industry

· 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing

· Experience in event and sponsorship marketing, including negotiating partnerships, sponsorships and contracts.

· Ability to project manage the execution of multiple projects on different timelines

· Experience working with food/drug/mass channels and/or retailers

· Excellent leadership and influencing skills

· Proven ability to create a positive working environment that encourages creativity and the championing of new ideas and processes

· Keen interest in digital and social marketing trends
