Responsibilities：

• To lead the dedicated engineering team to generate product designs from the request stage through to production.
• Own the product design engineering for specific product line including the new product and legacy product.
• To manage engineering tasks to a required timeline.
• To manage product development to parts cost and specifications.
• To support engineering requirements of the NPI Stage Gate Process for both global and domestic projects.
• To manage the technical product development programs.
• To drive product improvements through the use of the relative principles.
• To support the implementation of lean manufacturing and process principles.
• To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Quality issues.
• To collaborate as required with internal and external engineering and functional departments.
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Design or Manufacturing or relevant subjects.
• Good English skill.
• Industrial product and wire harness experience is a must.
• Knowledge in PDM.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive for results.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
