Our client, a globally renowned leader in the construction and building materials industry, is now seeking a candidate for the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Taiwan.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide expert advice and technical support to clients, helping them select the right products and solutions for their projects.
- Collaborate with the regional and global teams to align market strategies and ensure effective product positioning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction tools, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan as needed.
