- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing and business development
- Oversee all branding and marketing initiatives
- Formulate marketing and business development strategies
- Collaborate with the business head to formulate marketing and business development strategies
- Develop marketing strategies to increase exposure of extended businesses, identify new business opportunities, analyze the competitive advantage and profitability of the cleaning business
- Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners
- Prepare and present pitching deck and presentations to potential partners, management and stakeholders
- Oversee all branding and marketing initiatives that are aligned and support overall business objectives
- Work closely with area managers and other teams to align business strategies and achieve customer satisfaction
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of solid experience in marketing, business development and branding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good market sense, understanding of market dynamics and latest trends
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Mandarin is preferred
- Mature, presentable, independent and proactive
- Experience in property management industry, cleaning services industry or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
- Less experience might be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
