Responsibilities:

• Provide user support, network and server, switch, firewall, and infrastructure maintenance
• Support IT project implementation
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data
• Assist in managing and optimizing network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and performance.
  Support cloud infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years' experience in user support or IT infrastructure maintenance
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
