任职要求：

1.目前已经是RO，或具备申请RO资质的条件

2.对香港中外资私人银行及私人财富管理渠道有丰富的资源，对海外高净值客户和私行客户经理的需求痛点有较深刻认知，具备相关的从业经验。

3.熟悉离岸公司架构（如VIE、红筹、开曼和BVI等）。

4.中英文流利，具备优秀的沟通和谈判能力，抗压能力强，敢拼敢闯。
