CNRM based at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP), combines the talents and expertise in stem cells, biomaterials, 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering, and personalized and translational medicine from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Supply Chain Assistant to support our operations in managing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in supply chain management, with GMP experience considered a valuable asset. Main duties include:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of GMP documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to GMP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and organize data.
• Support inventory management and procurement processes.
• Assist in the analysis of supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
  
  
  

Applicants Should

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in supply chain roles; experience with GMP documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong work ethic and conscientious approach to tasks.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing work arrangements.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking); Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is a plus.
  
  
  

The appointment will initially be made on a contract basis commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
