About our client:

Our client in the financial services sector is looking for an experienced AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team with the goal to simplify and transform their business and IT landscape through a multi-year digitalization program.

The Role:

• Design and execute test plans for AI systems and web applications, including chatbots.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and manual testing procedures.
• Identify and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct performance, load, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing.
• Evaluate AI models for fairness and monitor for performance drift, providing feedback for retraining.
• Provide feedback to enhance system quality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products.

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance for AI or machine learning systems.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI model lifecycle.
• Proficient in web technologies and test automation tools like Selenium and Postman.
• Familiarity with agile development and various testing techniques.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese required.
