Working in strategic partnership with the Company’s APAC Management team & Sr. Director Finance to establish and maintain financial control framework within the organization. (P&L, BS, ITO and various KPIs)
Liaise with the key people in the US Finance team and Sr. Director Finance to ensure a collaborative and global approach and synergy to finance management in the Company’s APAC
Ad Hoc reporting to support business initiatives. (partner retail, Pro-forma analysis)

Financial Reporting
Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports and analysis of the Company’s APAC for Regional management, statutory account and US reporting.
Monthly P/L report for HK/APAC
Quarterly forecast, annual budget and 5 years plan
Inventory analysis

Financial Control & Expenses Management
Pro-actively manage expenses so that all expenses remain within budget. Understand the implications of all budget decisions.

Business Analysis & Recommendation
Prepare evaluations and make recommendations, supported by fiscal analysis for the business development of the Company’s brands in Region, and any future planned company investment in APAC region.
Monitor Aging and Account receivable for HK/DAP business, provide periodical Cash flow analysis for recommendations.

Finance System, Policy, Process and Procedures
Ensure the company’s APAC comply with the policies and procedures.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with MBA preferred.
Work Experience
With experience in US accounting systems and legal requirements.
Minimum of 5 years finance and operational experience in either FMCG, Luxury goods, footwear, fashion or sports industry.
Experience of working in a fast paced global company with an international mindset and exposure to best practice finance policies and procedures.

Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Functional competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Able to expertly work with IT systems such as Oracle and Tableau or BI tools.
