岗位职责
- Resolve partners’ (couriers) inquiries from online or offline channels.
- Assist in conducting offline events for our partners.
- Arrange and communicate with partners for product tests and feedback.
- Administrative work among those issues from the partners' team.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
岗位基本需求
- Bachelor's Degree in business or any other field.
2.1 year of experience in administration or operations.
- Welcoming fresh graduate candidates if you are a fast learner.
- Attention to detail and number and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many people at all levels.
- Fluency in writing and speaking Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
