As we expand our multidisciplinary team (MDT), we seek an experienced Wellness Coach to deliver high-touch, evidence-based coaching to high-net-worth clients, addressing suboptimal health, lifestyle optimization, and preventive well-being .

This role is ideal for a certified health professional with expertise in functional medicine, mindfulness-based therapy, and bioenergy healing , who can work collaboratively within a clinical and holistic care framework .

Key Responsibilities

���� Personalized Health & Wellness Coaching

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify root causes of suboptimal health .

• Design and implement individualized wellness programs , integrating:

✅ Functional medicine principles

✅ Mindfulness-based therapy for stress and emotional well-being

✅ Healing techniques (e.g., BioQr Therapy) to support holistic recovery

✅ Nutrition, movement, and lifestyle modifications for longevity and optimal performance

• Guide clients through sustainable behavior change , ensuring long-term health benefits.

���� Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Collaboration

• Work closely with medical doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and alternative therapists to create a comprehensive wellness strategy for each client.

• Provide functional medicine insights to help address chronic health issues, stress management, and lifestyle imbalances .

• Participate in clinical case reviews and wellness strategy meetings to refine client care approaches.

���� Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted wellness advisor for high-profile clients, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a premium service experience .

• Educate and empower clients with scientific yet accessible health insights tailored to their unique lifestyles.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships , ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.

���� Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in functional medicine, mindfulness, and longevity science .

• Introduce new holistic wellness techniques and programs , integrating mind-body therapies and energy healing .

• Advocate for preventive, proactive health approaches in the wellness industry.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMCHC) – Credentialed by:

• Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM)

• Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA)

• Other internationally recognized functional medicine programs

✔ Additional certifications in holistic and mind-body healing approaches , including:

• ✅ Other recognized certifications in integrative health, mindfulness, or energy healing .

✔ 5+ years of experience in wellness coaching, functional medicine, or integrative health.

✔ Proven ability to work with high-net-worth clients , providing a high-touch, concierge-level service .

✔ Ability to communicate complex health concepts clearly and persuasively .

✔ Fluent in English and Cantonese ; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

✔ A mature, professional presence with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.

✔ Passionate about preventive health, longevity, and holistic well-being .
