Carrefour, a leading global retailer, is seeking a dynamic Digital Trainee to support the Digital team in the implementation and maintenance of software applications. This role involves collaborating with experienced developers, participating in meetings, and assisting with various aspects of software development and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of ERP application projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, application testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather and document requirements.
• Maintain project tracking tools and status reports to monitor progress.
• Execute functional testing and validation of new features or updates.
• Prepare training materials and assist in user training sessions.
• Support end-users with application-related inquiries and issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to ERP applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, process management, graphical design, or IT support is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Adobe AI) is preferred.
• Understanding of Scrum or any Agile methodology will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
